New airport accomodates thousands of flights
Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is one of the hundred busiest airports in the world. Located in the state of Maryland, it is dedicated to serving two cities: Baltimore, MD, and Washington D.C. Thousands of international and domestic passenger flights operate through the airport every year. In 2008 the airport decided to implement separate baggage screening lines for each of the existing tenants.
