With Vanderlande Industries Client Deployment Solution (CDS), users no longer need to be concerned about system recovery in case of hardware failures. This makes it an excellent solution for customers who have large installations with multiple servers and clients.

CDS replaces CD/DVD imaging. Instead of time-consuming manual re-imaging of spare PCs from CD/DVD images, CDS automatically installs all the necessary software applications and functions simply by selecting the type of station, defined within this Remote Installation Service. The recovered system will be available with the appropriate software image a short time later.

CDS adds important extra security as an auto-imaging solution for workstation deployment. The service requires the installation of a dedicated Vanderlande CDS server on the customer’s premises. The software images for any PC hardware type will be stored and kept up to date on this CDS server by Vanderlande Industries professionals as part of this service.
